Refurbished Process
Our extensive refurbishing operation produces one of the highest levels of quality in the second user market.
All our terminals are tested and inspected no less than three times during refurbishing.
The phones arrive in and are tested, cleaned and sanitised. if we are unable to clean them to an acceptable standard we are able to remove the plastics and re-spray them to provide 'as new' quality.
on most of out Nortel range we are able to re-manufacture the phones, removing al lplastics and replacing with new ones making them visually the same as new phones. With all refurbishing processes the phones are boxed and clearly labeled complete with:

48 hour return
Upon receipt of your phones for refurbishing, we send you phones from our stock which are already refurbished and fully tested, and covered by our 13 month warranty.
Discoloured phones
We are able to respray your phones or replace plastics so those tired looking, but working phones can look as good as new again.
Display Repair
The M3900 range of phones are prone to display faults. We are able to repair these displays, making it more cost effective than purchasing a new phone.
Spare parts
We are also able to supply new, line cords, curly cords,button packs, handsets, papers and plastics as wel las many other parts.
